Payment

by bianca. Skin and Beauty accepts payments for products and services in the form of cash, via bank transfer, eftpos services and AfterPay.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

By making a booking, you agree to be bound by our booking and cancellation policy.

You must ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late or need to fill out any appropriate consent forms outside of this 10 minute window and into your allocated appointment time, we reserve the right to deduct this time off your appointment to avoid running behind schedule and / or inconveniencing any other clients on that day.

All new skin clients will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 for their initial consultation. This is not redeemable on any products and / or services. All new and existing clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure any other online bookings.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a 50% appointment fee.

Fail to attend your appointment without notifying us and you will incur a "no show" 100% appointment fee.

Examples of reasons that are not acceptable and will incur an appointment fee include:

  • Not showing up to your appointment without any given notice

  • Forgetting your appointment

  • Last minute work / roster changes

  • Responding to your confirmation text (this is an automated, no-reply system)

  • Double booking yourself / mismanaging your schedule

  • Sickness that does not prevent you from attending work / events

You will receive an instant confirmation email once your online booking has been placed, alongside a confirmation text the day before your appointment to ensure you are aware of any booking(s) that you have made.

If our Booking and Cancellation Policy does not suit you, we advise not making any appointments at by bianca. Skin and Beauty.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Faulty or Defective Products

Any purchases proven to be faulty or defective may be replaced, although money will not be refunded. Contact by bianca. Skin and Beauty as soon as possible if you suspect your product is defective.

Personal Belongings

by bianca. Skin and Beauty does not take any responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings left on the premises. We suggest keeping all items together during your visit to avoid this loss.

Treatments and Services

All Treatments and Services at by bianca. Skin and Beauty require you to sign a consent form based on the chosen service(s). This consent form must be read and signed before any service(s) can begin. Any consent form(s) will be included in your reminder text the day before your appointment.
